With the high costs associated with employee turnover, it is economical to provide an employee with affordable treatment options. Our intensive outpatient program is only a fraction of the cost compared to
residential treatment, and offers the clinical supervision and drug screening
not provided at peer support groups.
Our evening and weekend schedule also allows employees to maintain their employment while in recovery which is to the benefit of both employee and employer. The cost of terminating an employee with drug/alcohol problems often introduces new costs associated with hiring and training their replacements. At WAS, employees can complete clinical drug and alcohol treatment in 3 months, while fully employed. Drug screening and breathalyzers are performed on a weekly basis at no extra cost.
